    Product Manager

    Product: Green Energy Mobility (GEM)

    GEM platform aims to make green public transportation a quality alternative to private vehicles to combat climate change and air pollution. At the same time, GEM will help safa tempo drivers build credit scores, provide digital loans, and marketing private hire services to passengers

    The Product Manager will lead the whole GEM product. She/he will be responsible for liaising between most clients and stakeholders and ensuring accurate communication. She/he will be in charge of designing and managing projects, communicating work details, and managing other staff, according to the company’s requirements. The Product Manager will report directly to the company’s CTO and CEO.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Professionally represent the organization and provide necessary information to internal and external customers.
    • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of company operations and processes to ensure efficient operations.
    • Responsible for managing project staff and dealing with inquiries from stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Reports daily to the immediate manager/supervisor in a timely manner using an efficient record-keeping system.
    • Assists supervisor and other project managers in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents.
    • Review files and records to answer requests for information.
    • Organizes and coordinates meetings, training, and official events as needed.
    • Ensures smooth operation of projects and escalates pending issues.
    • Responsible for general daily administration including logistics activities. 
    • Responsible for onboarding and continuous follow up with partners and participants.
    • Responsible for field surveys to ensure the smooth operation of the pilots.
    • Perform other tasks assigned by Aeloi Technologies.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to manage your work within agreed timelines.

    • Self-starter and team player.
    • Bachelor’s in management, project management, development studies, or related fields (technology background is preferable).
    • At least 2 years of work experience in a related field is required
    • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
    • Computer skills, such as email, Microsoft Office Suite, are required.
    • Comfortable with self-learning new technology and teaching others.
    • Ability to manage both your team and your work within agreed timelines and prioritize important activities.
    • Comfortable traveling to project sites for regular monitoring and smooth communication with field assistants.
    • Willing to learn and improve. Values open and transparent communication. Great customer service attitude.
    • Takes initiative to problem solve, provide feedback, and continuously improve

    Remuneration

    Remuneration will be in the range of 25,000Rs to 32,000Rs and will depend on your experience level. Please send your salary expectations with your application. The employment period starts as soon as possible.

    Accounting Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Handle day-to-day accounting duties including payroll, booking journal entries, reconciling accounts

    • Record invoices and daily transactions and expenses

    • Perform administrative support functions

    • Update and maintain online accounting database with data entry and reports

    • Create monthly reports

    • Communicate with clients via phone and email as necessary

    • Support administrative duties as necessary

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a related field of study

    • Must have MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) experience. Experience using waveapps.com is a plus.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy required.

    • At least 1 year of experience working in accounting

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English

    • Highly detail-oriented and a team player

    Remuneration

    Remuneration will depend on your experience level and will range from 16,000 rs to 20,000 rs. Please send your salary expectations with your application. The employment period is from 15 October 2021 for six months, with a high possibility of extension for great performance.
